I believe that the purpose of a college education is to make us ready for our future. It is to prepare us to be professionals in the real world. It makes us learn to become independent individuals. I believe that to be educated, it means that you have an understanding of the knowledge you gained in school. It is what you get after going to school or college. The experiences that I have had that have lead me to this belief is that this class and my classes in high school. I learn and became educated in multiple things that I was not aware of before I took the classes. After taking these classes, I learned new things and gained a knowledge, which helped me succeed in life. I feel that being educated is a necessary thing of someone wants to make something of themselves in life.
